BRIEF: United Jewish Center in Danbury to host community dialogue on violence prevention

On Feb. 25, the Association of Religious Communities will host a "Community Dialogue on Violence Prevention" from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the United Jewish Center on Deer Hill Avenue in Danbury.

The topics are gun control and violence, school safety and violence in entertainment. The presentations will be followed by five break-out sessions.

Speakers include Assistant Schools Superintendent William Glass and Saul Cornell, American history professor at Fordham University, and Shane Murphy, a psychology professor at Western.
