BRIEF: Blessing of the Animals

St. John's Episcopal Church on the Green in Waterbury will hold its annual Blessing of Animals Sunday  (Oct. 7) at 8 and10 a.m.and at 12 noon (in Spanish)
 

The service takes place each year on the Sunday closest to the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, which is Oct. 4.

This year’s service will take place in the church, during Sunday services. Dogs, cats, gerbils and pets of all kinds are invited to attend with their owners. Refreshments will be served after the service. To learn more, visit stjohnsonthegreen.org
